Delivery Times
When ordering, please bear the following in mind:
- Our transport company’s standard delivery time is 2 working days
- Our Standard Delivery is complete when your order reaches your door
- Please provide us with as much contact information as possible (i.e. – mobile number, email address etc.)
- Our products are heavy
- Stocked items: 7-10 working days from date of the order
- Non-stocked items:2-3 weeks from date of the order
- Bespoke items: 4-6 weeks from date of the order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BESPOKE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Delivery Information
Our courier service delivers to the kerbside only. They will not take goods inside a property or remove them from the pallet.
Delivery Prices
Our delivery prices to UK mainland are:
- £50.00 for orders nil – £500
- £100.00 for orders between £501 – £1,000
- £150.00 for orders between £1,001 – £1,500
- £200.00 for orders between £1,501 – £2000
- Orders over £2,001: price on application.
Our standard pallet size is 150x100cm. Any products over 1800mm are charged at 2 pallet spaces and the minimum delivery charge will be £100.
